Before dropping the «well, if I were you…», ask: do you want to vent or do you want solutions? It changes everything.
Respect always
Zero disrespect. It's the one non-negotiable rule. Everything else can be talked through.
At your own pace
You can just read for weeks. That counts too. No homework or mandatory attendance here.
Laughing is allowed
Feeling deeply isn't at odds with laughing. Laughing together about the messes also heals.
Your privacy first
You can take part with a nickname. We don't ask for sensitive personal data. You control what you share and when.
